How do I return a garment?

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the garments you have purchased, you have 30 calendar days from delivery in which to return them.
To return a garment you must carry out the following steps:

· Complete the returns form included with your order, indicating the article you want to return and specifying why.

· Attach the UPS returns sticker that comes with each order to the parcel. The cost of returning the item will be discounted from the return.

· Include the form in the package and contact UPS to arrange collection by calling:

You can only process one return request per order.

Remember that returns will only be accepted if they comply with the following requirements:

·Garments that have not been washed or used in any way;

·Garments that are in the exact condition as when purchased, with the original label attached;

·The product is complete (for example, you must return both items in a pair);

·All promotional offers must be returned in full;

·The returns form must be included inside the returns package.

If a returned article does not comply with these requirements, we will not refund you. The article will be returned at the customers expense.
