What happens if I receive a wrong or defective order?

If you receive the wrong garment or the garment is damaged, you must follow standard return procedure, completing the returns form included with your order.

Should you receive the wrong item, you must also include the reference form for the garment received.

We will refund the amount of your purchase once your return has been processed by our warehouse.
