When and how will I receive the refund?

Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment.

Desigual will not make the refund until the returned item has been received and examined by our warehouse. Once the condition of the returned product has been verified, we will refund of the corresponding amount within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
