How do I consult my points balance?

Check your points balance at Your account:Orders.

In the event of any claim regarding points obtained on any of your purchases that have not having been duly credited to your Card, you must send a copy of the sales receipt indicating the number of your Desigual Amig@ Card to: info@desigual.com. 

This must be done within 6 months of the date of purchase. Once this period has expired, no claims will be admitted.
