Conditions of use Gift Card

The amount of the card must be between 20$ and 700$. It does not expire. It can be used on pur website and in official Desigual stores and Desigual Outlets stores (franchises and non-official distributors are not included). If your purchase exceeds the remaining balance on the Gift Card, you can choose another complementary payment method to complete the purchase. You can redeem it only in the country or countries that have the same currency.

How you can use your Gift Card?

When you make your puchase, indicate that you're going to pay for the selected items using the card: Desigual website, you must enter the card code and pin number*. Desigual shops, you must always show the barcode. All purchases made are deducted directly from the balance on the card. And you can always check the remaining balance here . *These details are on the back of the physical Gift Card and also in the e-mail sent with the virtual Gift Card.

If you return any product purchased with the Gift Card, the amount will be refunded on a new Gift Card that we'll give you (via email, if you made the purchase on our website, and physically if you made the purchase in our official stores).

If you used your Gift Card and a payment method, the amount will be refunded to a new Gift Card up to the amount paid with the Gift Card and the difference to the payment method you used.

You can pay for the Gift Card using any method permitted in our Desigual stores, except for another gift card.

You can use the gift card as many times as you like until the balance is spent. If the purchase exceeds your Gift Card balance, you can pay the difference using any method permitted in our Desigual stores. You can check your balance any time in our Desigual stores.

Desigual Gift Cards don’t expire, you can have a maximum balance of 500$ and you can use multiple Gift Cards, to a maximum of 2.000$ per transaction.

We don’t currently have online Gift Cards, but we hope to be able to offer them soon.
