The registration process is very simple, and we only ask for the essential information to speed up the purchasing process. Additionally, you will have all the information regarding your in-store and Desigual.com purchases in the "My Purchases" section.

Visit Desigual.com to view our Women's, Men's, Accessories, Kids, and Sports items and find what you're looking for. To make your search easier, we recommend using the available filters (color, size, price, collection...) or the search engine.

Choose the products you want, select the size and quantity, and add them to your "Cart."

To complete your purchase, you can either register or check out as a guest (without registering). If you register, we only ask for specific data that will help speed up your purchase.

If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the "Promo Code" field at the top of the cart. Once you've entered it and clicked the "Apply" button, the promotion will be applied to the items in your cart.

Enter your personal details, shipping address, and select a payment method. If you are registered, many of these details will be saved in your profile. Don’t forget that the payment is 100% secure.

Once the payment is authorized, we will automatically provide you with your order number, and you will receive an email with the details of your purchase. If you are registered, you can also view it in your profile under "My Orders."

For security reasons, no purchase can be made for an amount exceeding €2,500, with a maximum of 5 units of the same item. If you have any questions, contact us.

If, when selecting the size of a garment, the word "Notify Me" appears, it means the product is currently out of stock. If you'd like us to notify you when it's available again, simply enter your email address and click the button. If the product is back in stock, you will be notified by email.

If you are registered, you don’t need to enter your email address, we will send it to the address you used to sign up.

Additionally, through Desigual.com, you can check the stock availability in our stores with the option "Check in-store availability."

You can save the products you like most to your WISHLIST. It's very simple to use—just click on the WISHLIST symbol (Heart) found on the product images.

To complete your purchase, simply add the product from your WISHLIST to your cart and proceed with the usual steps.
