How to return an item

Log in to your customer account or your order tracking.

  • If you have a customer account, log in. In the “My purchases” section, select the order you want to return and click on “Request return”.
  • If you placed your order as a guest, enter the tracking for your order and state the order number and email address you used to place the order.

Return conditions:

  • Returns in our physical stores are free of charge.
  • If you choose to return at a collection point, the return of products purchased during the 'Flash Sale' has a fee of 3.95€ per request, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Outside of this period, this option is free.
  • If you choose home pickup, the return of products purchased during the 'Flash Sale' has a fee of €3.95 per request, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Outside of this period, returns have a fee of €1.95 per request.

How to return an item

Choose the return method that suits you best:

In-store

You can return any item from your order at any official Desigual store

*Remember that returns can’t be made at multi-brand stores, El Corte Inglés, franchises or authorised stores.

At a drop-off point

Simply take your properly packaged return to your nearest drop-off point.

Remember to present the barcode included in the email we sent you when you submitted your return request.

If you choose a drop-off point, the return of products purchased during the 'Flash Sale' has a fee of €3.95 per request, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Outside of this period, this option is free of charge.

You can use the same bag or box your order came in, or any other packaging you have on hand that keeps the items well protected.

Home pick-up

If you choose home pickup, the return of products purchased during the 'Flash Sale' has a fee of €3.95 per request, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Outside of this period, returns have a fee of €1.95 per request.

Home pickup with printed label:

After completing the return process, print the label you received by email and attach it to the package you’ll hand over to the courier. You can schedule the pickup at your home following the instructions we will send you by email.

Home pickup (no printer needed):

Once the return process is completed, the courier will collect the package from your home on the next business day. In this case, there’s no need to print a label or contact the shipping company.

Remember:

  • You have 30 days to return your purchases.
  • Refunds (remember that you will receive it in the same account you paid from):
    • The approximate time for refund if you bring the product to the store is one week.
    • For both collection points and home pickup, the refund will be issued within approximately 15 days of receipt of the package in our warehouse.
  • We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse.
  • Returns of underwear and swimwear are not accepted (unless the seal remains intact).
  • Returns will only be accepted in the country in which the purchase was made.
