You will receive your order in 2 to 8 working days depending on the country of destination. You will be able to see the detail regarding the delivery time during the checkout process.

Shipping will be free from AU$ 220.

Delivery times depend on:
  • Destination country.
  • Shipping method selected.
  • Users can choose between different shipping options at our checkout.
  • An estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed for each option.
*Remenber that deliveries are only on working days. During sale and promotion periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Returns
Returns

If you need to return anything, we make it quick and easy. You have 30 days to make the return and the shipping is free. Products bought on our web site must be returned from our return website. At the moment, it is not possible to make returns in our physicals stores. To return the product, please access our Return Website.

Select the product/s that you wish to return from your order and select the reason why you want to return it/them.

Print the return label that appears on the screen. You must include the first page inside the package with the product/s that you wish to return and attach the second page on the outside of the package.

Take the sealed package to your nearest post office and make sure to keep the proof of postage. If you prefer, we'll pick it up from your home.

The refund will be made with the same method as was used in the original payment; it will be done automatically in a period of 10 to 14 days from the receipt of the products at our installations (with a maximun of 30 days).

For reasons of hygiene, returns will not be accepted on intimate products such as bikinis or swimsuits (woman, kids, man), face masks, socks and boxers.

Remember that returns will only be accepted if they meet the following requirements:

  • Items that have not been washed or in any way used.
  • Items that are in the same condition in which they were delivered and have their original labels (labels sewn to the garment).
  • When the product is complete (e.g. both items in a pair of gloves must be returned).

At this time, it is not possible to cancel an online purchase. You must return the product/s and when we receive it/them at our installations, we will refund your money.

Changes
Changes

At this time, the service of change of size is not available. If they wish to change the size of one or several products bought at Desigual.com, you must return the products and make your purchase again with the correct size. As soon as we receive the product at our installations, we will refund your money.
