Prepare your return
Start your return: In case of registered customers, click here , log in your desigual.com account, open the order and then click on "Return order".
In case of guest orders, click here , use the section "Don't have an account?", indicate the order/email used and then click on "Return order".
Once you have done it, you will receive an email with the documents you will need.
Prepare your package: Make sure that it only contains the items to be returned. You can use the same bag in which you received the order.
Arrange for pickup of your return: Print the UPS return label (document 1ZR8564V…)
Print three copies of the pro-forma invoice (document 00400…). Place these 3 printed copies in the separate plastic envelope that you received with your order.
Give to the Courier: the package containing your return, the UPS return label and the plastic envelope with printed versions of the pro-forma invoices.
Please remember to keep the 3 items separate.
Take it to a UPS collection point
You can check here to see where your nearest UPS Access Point is. Take your returns package there.
Once it has arrived at our warehouse, we’ll check your return and refund the cost of the item(s) within 10 to 14 days of receiving it. (with a maximum of 30 days)
A UPS courier collects it from you
Contact UPS by phoning 1 800 742 5877 and arrange for them to collect your returns package.
