How to return an item

Log in to your customer account or your order tracking.

  • If you have a customer account, log in. In the “My purchases” section, select the order you want to return and click on “Request return”.
  • If you placed your order as a guest, enter the tracking for your order and state the order number and email address you used to place the order.

Return conditions:

  • If you choose home collection, the return of items purchased on 'Flash Sale' have a cost of 3,95 EUR per request, which will be deducted from the amount to refund.Outside the 'Flash Sale' period, home pick-up will cost €1.95.

How to return an item

Home pick-up

Remember to use the return label that came with your order. Get in touch with the carrier to specify the details of the collection at home. You will receive all the information in the email confirming your return request.

You can use the same bag or box in which you received your order, or any other bag or box you have to hand and that suitably protects the items.

Remember:

  • Returns extended until January 15th.
  • Refunds (remember that you will receive it in the same account you paid from):
    • The approximate time for refund if you bring the product to the store is one week.
    • For both collection points and home pickup, the refund will be issued within approximately 15 daysof receipt of the package in our warehouse.
  • We will send you a confirmation email as soon asthe package arrives at our warehouse.
  • Returns of underwear and swimwear are not accepted (unless the seal remains intact).
  • Returns will only be accepted in the country in which the purchase was made.
