Enter your customer account or the order tracking.

  • Select the items you want to return and the reason for the return in "My returns". This helps us improve our service!
  • Select whether you want to return the item(s) at one of our official stores, at a collection point or for a courier to visit your home.
  • Check that all the data is correct and request the return.

Choose where you want to return it.

Choose from the available returns options:

Collection at home (you must print the label)

After completing the return process, print the label and stick it on the package that you are going to deliver to the courier. You can contact the courier service at 357 22 710100 to arrange the collection at your home.

Collection at home (no need for a printer)

Once the return process is complete, the courier service will pick up the package at your address on the next business day. In this case, it is not necessary to print a label.

Prepare your package

  • Pack the item(s) you wish to return. You can use the same bag or box in which you received your order, or any other bag or box you have to hand and that suitably protects the items.
  • Remember to close the package properly so that it arrives in perfect conditions at our facilities.
  • Once the return is received in our warehouse, you will receive the refund within a maximum period of 15 days.

FAQS

  • You have 30 days to return your purchases.
  • Receipt confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used to place the order.
  • Underwear, swimsuits and masks cannot be returned.
