How to return an item

Log in to your customer account or your order tracking.

  • If you have a customer account, log in. In the “My purchases” section, select the order you want to return and click on “Request return”.
  • If you placed your order as a guest, enter the tracking for your order and state the order number and email address you used to place the order.

Collection points

Simply take your properly packaged return to your nearest collection point.

You can use the same bag or box in which you received your order, or any other bag or box you have to hand and that suitably protects the items.

Remember that you'll have to show the barcode attached to the email we sent you with your return request.

Home pick-up

The courier service will pick up the package at your address on the next business day.

You can use the same bag or box in which you received your order, or any other bag or box you have to hand and that suitably protects the items.

You can choose to either print the label yourself or opt not to print it during the return process.

Remember:

  • You have 30 days to return your purchases.
  • Refunds (remember that you will receive it in the same account you paid from):
    • The approximate time for refund if you bring the product to the store is one week.
    • For both collection points and home pickup, the refund will be issued within approximately 15 days of receipt of the package in our warehouse.
  • We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse.
  • Underwear and swimsuits cannot be returned.
