Traceability and transparency
All suppliers looking to engage in a business relationship with Desigual must go through a certification process and commit to meeting our strict and responsible standards regarding working conditions and the environment. Our Sustainability and CSR Strategic Plan includes our commitment to strengthening the transparency and traceability of our supply chain, as evidenced by the publication of our list of Tier 1 manufacturing suppliers.See more
Our membership of amfori and Sedex allows us to constantly measure and improve the social and environmental performance of our supply chain through the BSCI and SMETA auditing systems.
Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics
All suppliers who want to work with Desigual must comply with the requirements laid out in our Code of Ethics (CE) and Code of Conduct (CoC). In addition to this, the company regularly monitors suppliers through the combination of third-party audits and its own channels, thereby guaranteeing that all suppliers meet the required standards. The most significant improvements made in 2021 included the data reporting system and the broadening of sustainability-related requirements.See more
To ensure that our supply chain complies with these requirements, we have designed a Compliance programme.
