Delivery methods and costs

The shipping methods available may vary, depending on the delivery address, products selected and order time. When we’re processing your purchase, we’ll tell you which methods are available as well as delivery costs and time.

The options we offer are as follows:
 

• Delivery to collection points: Free for purchases over 100 CAD. If the total is less than this, the price is 7,95 CAD.  

We’ll show you the available collection points when you make your purchase. Remember, you’ll need to take ID when you collect your order. Bear in mind you’ve got 10 days to collect it. After this time, UPS will return the package to our warehouse and you’ll automatically receive a refund.   

• Home delivery: Free for purchases over 100 CAD. If the total is less than this, the price is 9,95 CAD. 

Important: 
Please note that deliveries are only made on business days (not on holidays or weekends). 

During sale and promotion periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.
 

Delivery of several orders

It’s likely that your order items will arrive separately – according to availability – in different deliveries and on different days.
 

In this case, we’ll tell you in the confirmation email and you can track orders in My account.

My order status

You can check the status of your order in My Account > Track your order, which you will find at the bottom of our home page.

Don't forget to know your order number and email address. If you are a user you can log in and view your order history, if not, you have the option to create a user at Create account  or track your order without registering.

When the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number, with it you can also access the carrier's website to know where it is.

Delivery restrictions

Here at Desigual.com, we go the extra mile.

If your delivery address has any kind of restriction, please tell us during the purchase process.

Changing order information

We start processing your order quickly, which means that we cannot make any changes or cancellations once your order has been confirmed. This includes changing the address or delivery option.

In this case, we recommend placing a new order with the delivery address that you prefer and returning the first order once you receive it. When we receive the order in our warehouse, we will process the refund.
