How to request a return?

Log in to your customer account or track your order.

  • If you have a customer account, log in. In the "My purchases" section, select the order you want to return and click on "Request return".
  • If you placed your order as a guest, go to the tracking of your order and enter the order number and the email you used to make the purchase.

Return conditions

  • If you choose home collection, the return of products purchased from “Flash Sale” has a cost per request of €3.95, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Outside this period, returns have a cost per request of €4,95.

You can return any item from your order at any official Desigual store.

*Remember that returns are not processed in multi-brand stores, El Corte Inglés, franchises or authorized stores.

Find your nearest store

Printing the label:

After completing the return process, print the label you received in your email and stick it on the parcel. Take your correctly packaged return to your nearest UPS collection point.

No printer required:

Simply take your correctly packaged return to your nearest UPS collection point. Remember to present the barcode attached to the email we sent you with your return request.

*If you choose a collection point, returns of products purchased from “Flash Sale” have a cost per request of €3.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Outside this period, this option is free of charge.

You can use the same bag or box you received with your order, or any other shipping packaging you have on hand that will keep the items well protected.

Find your drop-off point

Home pickup printing label:

After you finish the return process, print the label you got in your email and stick it on the parcel you’re going to hand to the courier. You can schedule pickup at home by following the instructions you’ll receive in your email.

Home pickup no printer needed:

Once you’ve finished the return process, the courier service will pick up the parcel at your home on the next working day. In this case, you don’t need to print a label or contact the shipping company.

You can use the same bag or box you received with your order, or any other shipping packaging you have on hand that keeps the items well protected.

*If you choose home pickup, returning products bought in the ‘Flash Sale’ has a cost of €3.95 per request, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Outside this period, returns have a cost of €3.95 per request.*

Remember that:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return your purchases from the date you receive the order using the delivery method you selected.
  • Refunds (remember that you will receive it in the same account you used to pay):
    • The approximate refund period if you return your purchase in store is approximately one week.
    • If you make it at a collection point or from home, it will be issued in an approximate period of 15 days from the receipt of the package in our warehouse.
    • If you choose a refund in a gift card will be sent to you automatically to your e-mail.
  • We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse.
  • Returns are not accepted for underwear or swimwear, or for jewelry items (unless the seal remains intact).
  • Returns can only be made in the country where you made the purchase.
