1.

Create your return label

  • Click on the following link and request your return label.
  • Once the page loads, enter your order number. If you can't find it, look at the example (Ej. B003283087)
  • Then, fill out the form with all the requested information.
  • Finally, select your preferred method of return:

    • Printed label

    if you choose this option, you'll be able to return your order either at a collection point or request home collection. if you choose this option, you'll be able to return your order either at a collection point or request home collection.

    QR code

    if you choose this option you will only be able to make the return at a collection point and you won't have to print anything. if you choose this option you will only be able to make the return at a collection point and you won't have to print anything.

    Remember that if you choose home collection, you will need to specify this in the "collection request" section. This will be the only way to do it, since the courier does not have a telephone number for this purpose.

2.

Pack your order

  • You can use the same box in wich you received the package or use another one.
  • Pack the products you want to return, with their original labels, and seal the package securely.
  • Remove any old labels from the box.
  • If you chose to print the return label, attach it to the outside of the package so that it is clearly visible. This step is not necessary if you chose the QR option.

FAQ

  • Returns extended until January 15th.
  • Order tracking.With the tracking number, you can check the status of your return on the carrier's website.
  • Confirmation of receipt.We'll send you a confirmation email when the package arrives at our warehouse and process your return using the same method of payment.
  • Returns from different purchases cannot be grouped together.Each order must be returned separately with its corresponding label and packaging.
  • Underwear, swimwear and masks cannot be returned.
  • If you return your order by a method other than the ones we offer, you will be responsible for the associated costs.
