SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?
WE’LL SORT IT OUT, QUICKLY AND EASILY:

Too big or small? Looks different to how you expected? Whether you have placed your order on Ask Me (requested in-store), or online, you can return your item to us, no problem. After you receive your order, you’ve got 30 days to return it free of charge!

PREPARE YOUR RETURN

1. Indicate which items you wish to return on the returns form you received. And explain why for us, we want to improve!




2. Put the item(s) into the box with the returns form.




3. Stick the Returns Label on the outside. If you can’t find it, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

1.
UPS COLLECTION POINT
See here to see where your local UPS Access Points are. Deposit your package containing the return there. Once it has arrived at our warehouse, we’ll check your return and refund the balance within 10 to 14 days of receiving it.

2.
UPS COLLECTION
Contact UPS by calling 1-800-877-1497 and arrange for them to pick up your return package. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will check it and refund you usually within 10 to 14 days, but always within 30 days of receiving it.

THIS CANNOT BE RETURNED

We only accept returns if they comply with the following requirements:

1-The garments must not have not been washed or used.
2-They must be in the same state in which they were delivered.
3-They must still have the original label.
4-The product must be complete, e.g. a pair of gloves, etc.
5-Underwear and swimwear (socks, boxers, bikinis and swimsuits etc.) cannot be returned. It’s nothing personal, it's just for hygiene reasons.

If a return doesn’t comply with these requirements, we won’t refund the price, the items will be returned to you and you will be charged for the costs incurred.
