1. Create your return label
- Click on the following link and request your return label.
- Once the page loads, enter your order number. If you can't find it, look at the example (Ej. B003283087)
- Then, fill out the form with all the requested information.
- Finally, select your preferred method of return:

Printed label
If you choose this option, you'll be able to return your order either at a collection point or request home collection. -
QR code
If you choose this option you will only be able to make the return at a collection point and you won't have to print anything.
2. Pack your order
You can use the same box in wich you received the package or use another one.
- Pack the products you want to return, with their original labels, and seal the package securely.
- Remove any old labels from the box.
- If you chose to print the return label, attach it to the outside of the package so that it is clearly visible. This step is not necessary if you chose the QR option.
3. Track your order

4. Choose where you want to return it
You have several options to make the return:

Choose your nearest drop-off point and remember that you can return your order using the QR code.

POSTBOXES
If the parcel is not large, you can drop it in the postboxes on the street; a printer will be required to print the return label.
Once finished, you'll receive an email from the carrier with the return label.
FAQ
How long do I have to return a Desigual order?
You have
30 calendar days to return your purchases from the date you receive your order, regardless of the delivery method selected.
How can I track my return?
With the
tracking number, you can check the status of your return on the carrier's website.
How will I know my return has been received?
We'll send you a
confirmation email when the package arrives at our warehouse, and we'll process your refund using the same payment method you used.
Can I return items from different orders together?
No,
returns from different orders cannot be grouped together. Each order must be returned separately with its corresponding label and packaging.
Which items cannot be returned?
Underwear, swimwear and jewelry cannot be returned unless their original seal remains intact.
What happens if I return my order using a different method?
If you return your order using a method other than those we offer,
you will be responsible for the associated costs.
