We’ll sort it, quick and easy.

1. Create your return label

  • Click on the following link and request your return label.
  • Once the page loads, enter your order number. If you can't find it, look at the example (Ej. B003283087)
  • Then, fill out the form with all the requested information.
  • Finally, select your preferred method of return:
  • Printed label

    If you choose this option, you'll be able to return your order either at a collection point or request home collection.
  • QR code

    If you choose this option you will only be able to make the return at a collection point and you won't have to print anything.

2. Pack your order

You can use the same box in wich you received the package or use another one.

  • Pack the products you want to return, with their original labels, and seal the package securely.
  • Remove any old labels from the box.
  • If you chose to print the return label, attach it to the outside of the package so that it is clearly visible. This step is not necessary if you chose the QR option.

You have several options to make the return:

  • DROP-OFF POINT

    Choose your nearest drop-off point and remember that you can return your order using the QR code.
  • Find your drop-off point
  • POSTBOXES

    If the parcel is not large, you can drop it in the postboxes on the street; a printer will be required to print the return label.

Once finished, you'll receive an email from the carrier with the return label.

FAQ

  • You have 30 days to return your purchases.
  • Order tracking. With the tracking number, you can check the status of your return on the carrier's website.
  • Confirmation of receipt. We'll send you a confirmation email when the package arrives at our warehouse and process your return using the same method of payment.
  • Returns from different purchases cannot be grouped together. Each order must be returned separately with its corresponding label and packaging.
  • Underwear, swimwear and jewellery cannot be returned (unless the seal is intact).
  • If you return your order by a method other than the ones we offer, you will be responsible for the associated costs.
