At your nearest store

As our stores are temporarily closed, please check store opening hours before selecting this returns method.

Find your nearest official Desigual store using our store locator*. Take your package there with your returns and the returns form.

Remember, you can only return items in the same country the order was shipped from.

And we'll refund the cost of the item(s) in 10 to 14 days. (with a maximum of 30 days)

*Remember, returns cannot be made in multi-brand stores.

Take it to a UPS collection point

You can check here to see where your nearest UPS Access Point is. Take your returns package there.

Once it has arrived at our warehouse, we’ll check your return and refund the cost of the item(s) within 10 to 14 days of receiving it. (with a maximum of 30 days)

A UPS courier collects it from you

Contact UPS by phoning 03457 877 877 and arrange for them to collect your returns package.

Once it has arrived at our warehouse, we’ll check your return and refund the cost of the item(s) within 10 to 14 days of receiving it. (with a maximum of 30 days).
